Casa Ábaco is dedicated to preserving Canarian culture and aims at providing something authentic that will last through the centuries.
"La Casa" is a site of cultural interest, a museum, a place for events, parties and shows.
We want to connect with people locally, nationally and internationally and our goal is to be a cultural centerpiece of Tenerife.
The 18th century Abaco Canarian Mansion is located in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, home of the direct family of the Conqueror of the Canary Islands. In its architecture and decoration, the flavor of the original construction has been respected, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it is classified as an Asset of Cultural Interest, part of the Historical Heritage of Puerto de la Cruz. This house has been restored in 1993 and is currently open to the public as a house museum.
At night you can also enjoy a cocktail bar service enlivened by classical music concerts. With an exquisite decoration, the Casona contains unique pieces and authentic works of art.
The paintings and tapestries of the 17th and 18th centuries are joined by Bohemian and Murano glass lamps, Italian bronze busts and a 1922 Snooker of which there are only five in the world, it has been added to from 1993 historical furniture from the most diverse European countries.
